Welcome to NOLAP PREP . By accessing or using our platform at nolapprep.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

NOLAP PREP is an AI-powered exam preparation platform that allows students to upload study materials and generate practice questions automatically.

To use NOLAP PREP, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Have a valid email address
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from our platform

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to create accounts or use our service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free Plan: New users receive 2 free exam generations upon registration. Free plan users do not need to provide payment information.

Premium Plan: Premium users pay GHS 10 per month and receive up to 50 exam generations per month. Payments are processed securely via Paystack.

Billing: Premium subscriptions paid by card are billed monthly and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. Subscriptions paid via Mobile Money (MoMo) are one-time payments and do not auto-renew — you will need to manually renew when your subscription expires.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days at mortoti.dev@gmail.com and we will review your case.

You agree to use NOLAP PREP only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload documents that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
• Use our service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Share, resell, or redistribute exam content generated on our platform
• Use bots or automated tools to abuse our AI generation system
• Impersonate another person or entity

NOLAP PREP uses Google's Gemini AI to generate exam questions from your uploaded documents. While we strive for accuracy, please note:

• AI-generated questions may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies
• Generated content should be used as a study aid and not as a definitive academic resource
• We are not responsible for any academic outcomes based on AI-generated content
• The quality of generated questions depends on the quality and content of your uploaded documents

We collect and process the following data to provide our service:

• Account data: Your username, email address, and password (encrypted)
• Uploaded documents: Files you upload to generate exams (processed and not permanently stored)
• Usage data: Exam history, scores, and performance statistics
• Payment data: Handled entirely by Paystack — we do not store card or mobile money details

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our service.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Profile page or by contacting us.

All content, design, and code on the NOLAP PREP platform is owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your exam questions.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without our written permission.

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile page. Upon deletion, all your data including exam history and scores will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

If your premium subscription is active at the time of termination, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

NOLAP PREP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or exam content
• Academic results or outcomes
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of NOLAP PREP after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
